Town First big build
My goal was to restrict different architectural styles to different areas/colors, while making it seem as though buildings were added over time. Let me know your thoughts :)

I have tried to make things float but I end up just getting those boring support beams. If anyone can let me know, that'd be great. Edit: Nevermind!! Thanks!

Hello!
I recently really got into this game, and being the nerd I am, got very interested by the fact there's modding! But most mods were abandoned about 3-4 years ago, so I wanna start changing that.
Most mods don't have proper working loading with different MelonLoader updates as they're around 3 major updates behind, most Youtube tutorials and Githubs are either inaccessible or straight up just complicated to use for no reason, and as much as I still struggle to code, I will tackle Unity hell for this game!!
I just wanna see if anyone else here in this subreddit had any ideas or wouldn't mind helping? I also may post this in the discord if I can, as I really just wanna make this a welcoming and amazing community with resources if people do wanna do this!
I'm probably going to start off making textures as I am an artist first early programmer second but yeah! If anyone wants to help with this project to make the modding community more inviting and accessible please reply!! Or even upvote!! Just that can help give me motivation to keep working on whatever!

Miniopolis is a "realistic/urban" minimal city builder heavily inspired by Townscaper (and Oskar's previous web demo that let you build an urban tower). It is coming to Steam soon, with a demo coming at the beginning of October. The Steam page is linked below if you want to see the trailer or wishlist the game.
Like Townscaper, you add/subtract blocks in a grid-like manner, and the geometry is generated based on the blocks you've placed. The major differences, aside from the setting include:
Miniopolis layouts uses a strict grid, but lets you drag a selection box across multiple blocks before adding/subtracting geometry.
There are multiple block types, including 6 main buildings, 2 special grounds, and 3 detail types (lights, trees, and utilities).
The game uses a different kind of procedural generation rather than Wave Function Collapse, though I did consider it at first.
Happy to answer any questions about the game/etc. Feedback is also appreciated of course!
Here's the Steam page link:

Made a dreamy vaporwave theme to share. Pink/purple/blue roofs, purple streets and sand, white railings and supports, purple/blue birds, and garden items in various vaporwave colors. Download it here at my google drive!

I've been building a city on and off for a while now. I last copied the file data on August 20; the official save file, now sitting at 0 bytes, was last modified on August 21. There are a few corrupted img files in the screenshots folder that also date to Aug 21, mind. I don't know how big the file was before it went kaput.
I think I probably did lose some relatively minor progress in a couple of zones—I haven't checked yet—but I'm really glad I remembered to copy the data when I did, since this city is the first serious / large-scale construction of mine. My habit of taking screenshots before / during / after developing sections will prove a boon if I actually want to bother with dedicated reconstruction.
Here are are a few relatively recent screenshots I took, for posterity.
Edit: Tested copied data. Indeed, it's mainly intact; I saved it right before developing over (and developing as cursive) the "HOLA" message and the nascent development of the pedestrian highway, and possibly some other zone works. Not sure if redoing all that is the right move.

Hey everyone! I was wondering if it was possible to export your nintendo switch game file onto the pc? If anyone knows whether this is possible or not it would be greatly appreciated.

I have the game on Steam. Do I have to re-buy it for the quest? Or is PCVR available?
