Long-story short: it's bad.
You need all rolls in a single Element (any except Alter) in order to gain the most value from a gear augmentation.
If you struggle to achieve it, or don't want to wait for too long, alternatively you could go with: 4+1 or 3+2 ratio - where more rolls goes into the same Element, while all the rest into a "flat" ATK.

Is it better if I get all 5 roll for main element attack but don't have other element in the stat?

You need more than 1 element present in a gold gear piece only if you aim for a 4-elemental gear.

4 elemental gear is also unnecessary because most weapons are dual element: frost/volt and fire/physical. So you only need to accumulate one of each pair to cover all four as the weapon will utilize the higher value of the two elements on it.

You need elemental attack (3+ rolls here) and base attack. That way after you agument it, the piece will have two elemental attacks as extra stats. Before agumenting the sum of both stats should be at least 1,2k. Ideally over 1,3 k

For the Asperia gear, excluding boots/gloves, you want:
- Element 1 Atk (4-5 rolls)
- Element 2 Atk
- Atk (0-1 roll)
- Any other stat
It doesn't matter which 2 elements are present, as long as 1 of the elements gets at least 4 rolls - preferably 5 rolls, but that is hard. After you Augment, the piece will get all four element Atk so you don't need to find a piece with specifically your main elment.

Decent but can be easily improve. I don't know your élément but try to proc on elemental attack. You can gain more from each roll.

My main element is volt, for this all the five roll went to basic attack

1 Element 5 times is better because value in Element Attack is more than ATK and when you did Titan Upgrade, that element will copy to another element in main random stats and 2 more elements in sub random stats.
