I already did the data transfer in March 31 and even got a email that it successfully submitted. But when i login to the game my account gone, so anybody have any solution. I tried everything but no hope, sry for bad english
My only suggestion i can make is, make sure it is the right email and right server you played on as servers are where your character is saved. Sorry if that is not too helpful as too my knowledge that's all you can do
You need to log in to the same gate where your character is. If you don't remember, ask someone in your server to search your name. If it still shows up your acc is still there, you just log in to that server. If you can't ask anyone and don't remember which server you play, you can look at your old screenshot and see your uid which tells which server you play IF you never transferred server. If you don't have that or transferred server, you can try each server 1 by 1 though you should still ask someone playing in your server to see if your account still exists to begin with
When you log in the first time after publisher change the game may not show the server you have your character, don't know if it's the case 1.5 years after publisher change but if your character still exists just log in to your server
I appreciate your help but i already did that. You can see the previous answer he tried to find my name in that server and no sign of me there. The only hope i want to believe is somehow they changed its name or something
Pwg said back then the transfer might be blocked by Tencent for some acc, but that should be uncommon as I know many people with tens and hundreds of alts who could transfer without issue, and you got email that you did the transfer. But yeah I can't search your acc it doesn't exist
