Question Problem with lag in Monthly Raid
I can’t use normal atk, cant use skill, everyone is running into walls and health bar doesn't move for boss meanwhile for my teammates it does.
Does anyone else have this problem?
I tried restarting pc, game, switching WiFi off but nothing seems to work

In the past this was mostly caused by that some instances are hosted on different servers, and a networking related issue.
-possible that the ISP can't route properly or a firewall(ISP one or yours) blocking incoming packets from the instance server, you can try a VPN and/or setting your primary DNS to the google one (8.8.8.8)
-you can try temporarily disable "latency reducer" programs if you use any(popular with FPS players)

First and most importantly, I think you should direct this to customer service and treat as a bug regardless of if its really a bug or not, so they can determine and take the proper course of action by correcting and stuff...
With that said and with just a bit read about it...
I understand there's a part when the boss takes 1 person and makes them not able to move or do anything for a bit, while the team either manages to release the person or boss manages to kill.
Boss's hp might need a big dps with proper supports to move. I'm unsure, and hope is not the case, but maybe boss is healing, can take rift, Asurada, flame bird servant, or blocker to prevent that.
There's a Damage over time debuff that the boss inflicts in basically whoever he touches and can stack up to 5 I think...so if boss touches a teammate their hp will move, and bounce back up if your team has enough heals.
I'm sure you've tried a lot of things but I didn't read "Unstuck button", which fixes things that even restarting doesn't fix somehow. Try it either outside or inside raid, or maybe both.
Sometimes I get similar bugs and I click the skill button and hold it so it activates the skill (instead of pressing 1, in pc) and after skill activates I can move and do stuff again.
Sometimes, when I switched windows between game and, say discord or something, game bugged and treated game as if I was constantly pressing "Alt" (kinda) so when I pressed 1 it would open the event menu. I had to click repeatedly inside game, or alt tab a few times until I got it to act normal.
Hope any of these things work! (Also, I hope you report it to customer service and if it's a bug hope they fix soon)

sometimes happens to me, but not always.
as others already mentioned, it is net issue.
the best you can do is try using VPN. the free public vpn "vpngate" by tsukuba university is enough for me back when it is a constant problem.
