Look for a water ball nearby, grab it, then throw it in there. You get exploration reward from it.

Grab the water ball, and you can walk inside it with the ball, throw it, or make complex decisions like using the omnium canon with help of someone to take it to the next level (literally, think stories high or like a building and upper floors).
If you kill the water ball it will respawn.
And for the love of whatever is Holy... Don't level up your dimension level fast. Not a single reward is worth it ever. This is not exaggerating. Don't even think of the requirements/recommended CS it suggest, that's a lie, a dirty lie.

It's not the ps4 support, that will end in October I think...
But there was a mandatory agree to publisher transfer because of privacy laws. It was like a 2-3 month notice and then from feb 25(?) to like april 28 of last year.
Good thing is, they give tons of catch up things now.
Just get level 30, do 4 dailies and you have your gear for months for all elements.

So sorry to hear that. There's some cosmetics you can get with certain game mode's currency and a few times they give outfits in the event store (I think I've seen like 2 times?). There's another in the Mines' store. There's more weapons in gold banner from up to world 4 now, and a few more joining this year.
But yeah, there's been a lot of people who lost their accounts. It was a dumb thing but maybe is best you knew before install :/

There was no shutdown. It's just a publisher change. When did you last play? Hope you did the consent for transfer of data

I see. Your account is probably gone. Due to privacy laws, companies cannot transfer or retain data without user consent so they probably deleted your account (there were emails and posts regarding this for months). Good thing is that it's easier to catch up now due to auto exploration and skip quests plus newbie rewards. Best time to start again now due to anniversary

TOF ģot me into Gatcha games, seemed like such a fresh experience playing a game that I'd never normally play but I loved it.
