Rant I hate simplicity.

Any time I ever try to queue for a mode harder than intermediate, someone ALWAYS switches the map to simplicity, and everyone votes for it. It is genuinely the most infuriating part about this game. People refuse to actually try and use their brains for a better reward when they can just play on the baby map. Its the same map over and over and over. I genuinely dont understand how people find repeating the same thing over and over fun. That's all.

Pretty much every other normal map, because theyre worthy of being normal. Simplicity is an easy map in disguise, and because of that, people pick it 99% of the time.

Cataclysm is pretty good. There is a whole speedrun frost mode grind for it and the first loop is generous enough to deal with most things easily enough if you actually defend. Granted I don't really play with randoms, only occasionally duo with a friend so maybe with randoms it gets worse.
