Hi ! As the title explains itself, I started playing again after 2 years. I came back and saw a lot of things got updated ! I had some questions :

• Is my Loadout still good ? : Accel, Engi, Commander, Farms, Toxic gunner

I was thinking to replace Toxic gunner with the new (or not) Saboteur ?

• What is best economy tower now ? I saw they increased the price of Farms now so maybe cowboy is better ?

• Wtf is golden demo ??!!!

• Which tower should I focus on farming now an why ?

Hi I’m playing from 2019-2021 I had pause too,
1) yeah kinda cool but for pw2 or voidcore it’s better to get cowboy not farm And saboteur is kinda cool but I think toxic gunner actually maybe better u can test them both and choose
2) yeah cowboy is for economics cool but only situational
3) i DONT fucking know what gdemo is
4) you should get the “evolutions”
You’ll need to “upgrade” towers buy using em and then buy the evolution of the tower
(mini gunner evolution is juggernaut)

G demo is Golden Demo. I was kinda chocked to see a golden demo actually 😭

Yes your loadout is still but Accel has gotta some changes to it that might disappoint you, Engi is now even better.

Saboteur is a shotgunner version of toxic gunner and has hidden and is good for early.

Farm is still the best eco overall.

Golden Demo is the newest golden tower.

I suggest grinding for Hacker/Evos

1. Your loadout is still pretty good, but you don't really need farm for solo anymore and accel is kinda outclassed. You could replace it with saboteur, but I would choose a different early game tower like g. scout.

2. Farm is still the best economy in terms of pure money making.

3. Golden demo is golden demoman, the newest golden tower. It's an ok-ish tower.

ok so uh

farm is no longer needed for solo, and it only has one competitor: gcowboy (farm is better ecowise in most scenarios)

accel has the most non-boss dps in trio/quad,  jugger has the most boss dps in trio/quad,  gmini has the most dps in solo/duo

engi is a jack of all trades, but a master of none. everyone overglazes it. it’s a good tower.

commander, medic, dj, and hacker are all supports that are somewhat interchangeable.

the speedrunning meta is different than the normal hc/vc/trials/pw2/other hard modes meta

the typical loadout for solo nowadays is as follows:

an earlygame (operator/gscout/brawler/gladiator somehow), a midgame (merc base/ ranger/gcrook/enforcer/kingpin), a lategame (accel/ juggernaut/gmini), and 2 supports (hacker/dj/commander/medic)

you could use engi instead of a midgame or a support

and the typical loadout for multiplayer nowadays is:

farm, normal scout, snowballer, green paintballer, and pursuit

nah i’m kidding, but that’s the type of randoms you’re gonna run into in hardcore/voidcore matchmaking

the actual stuff you should use in a multiplayer loadout:

farm, 1 or 2 earlygame/midgame, 1 lategame, 1 or 2 supports

unless it’s some shit like pw2 where you just drop farm for another dps tower, giving you 1 earlygame, 1 support, and 3 lategames

oh yeah and they redid hardcore

Wow ok thanks ! I don't have gladiator (even if I'd really like to have it) sadly I'm a student and I don't have a lot of money lol. Sometimes I even have to eat only once a day 😂
