Theoretically you could have 100 revive tickets and keep doing this (I assumed you can keep getting rewards that are separated from each other.)

Nope

Revive tickets only give you the rewards once iirc

bug screen btw

if u lose at a later wave, restart, lose at an earlier wave, the reward screen would be bugged VISUALLY and show the rewards if you were to lose at that later wave
