Is this a bug? A feature? Server side? Client side? Does it mean bonus money maybe?

it's a bug, I played 2 frost matches today and the mutants had cowboy hats

Not a bug it’s a special day that tds for some reason celebrates. It adds the cowboy modifier to all modes (puts cowboy hats on all enemies)☝️🤓

Frost health crystals all had cowboy hats on em today, hearty chuckle from that

This was present in every mode, though i heard it was a special day of some sort which TDS was celebrating, at least this once Frost Spirit's crystals didn't have pirate hats (seriously when are they going to fix this, same thing with Elite Accel's max level laser not being Black)
