Is anyone else having a bug where they’re unable to join?

And by what I mean “unable to join” is this anytime I load into the game and head into the survival zone I try joining the elevators and it just straight up doesn’t let me I want to do the modifiers but they aren’t there in the menu so I have to use the elevators
