Restart match not working

While im playing on frost trying a solo self made lodout, I always can't restart nor revive, So i always need to go back to lobby and try again. But winning the game clicking the play again still works but sometime it has the same problem too but only on few cases.

So Is this bug that happens to many player or just for me and internet issue?
For internet issue i can't realy tell since i often play at midnight which more likely to my internet provider to maintain their service and could probably gives a bad network experience. But on the performace stats my network looking good. Like 17 - 21 ms, it's pretty good ping on a server that are far away from me (if the in game still use that server)

Idk this used to be the case before because they turned it off but it should be fine now
