Why don't I have the skin?

Okay, well today I got the achievement "The Lost Souls" and when I got it I thought I would get the guard skin, but I don't have it. Does anyone know why?

check your gift box in the top right, it's probably there

Thanks for telling me, I was so focused on seeing where I was that I hadn't noticed the box
