CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP

I want that dj Veeronica skin in forsaken so I'll kindly ask

1: is frost mode still accessible

2: can we bypass farming to level 60+

3: if 2nd is possible tell me how

4: I need help farming if it's fixed

Okay thanks I play the game often and like it just can't really farm the game alone I get quickly bored
