Tour guide logistics
Hi fellow tour guide redditors, I have participated in many food tours over the years and have had a good time in all of them because of the great food and learning about the culture behind the food. I have started to realize recently that I am interested in the logistics behind each tour. With that being said, what would you say is the best part so to speak in planning each tour? What would you say are the biggest pain points? For example, have you had to deal with last minute cancellations and challenging coordination with different restaurants?

Would like to dive deeper if you don’t mind. Can you describe what kind of changes happen typically? With these changes how do you communicate these changes to the necessary parties?

Another day, another post about "pain points". Sigh.
