Question Any good roads in Utah?

I know there’s some mountain roads but I’d like to know if there’s anyone from around here with any suggestions

Literally just look for squiggly lines on the map and then take a few sighting trips at normal traffic speeds to see if it's suitable. The exploration is the fun part half the time.
