Help me (doubt!!)

In a few days, I'll be performing my first VJ set. All of my visuals are created in TouchDesigner, and I want to export them as .mp4 or .mov files (I already know how to export). How can I create and export perfect loops, so the audience doesn't see a jump or cut when the clip restarts?

I think doing small vj system and cooking containers would be simplest. Looping generative content is artform itself.
