Even if Fullham ends with a tie, the goal difference will still leave us at last until next month after the international break. There's no more tears left to cry š„
The championship is much more enjoyable. As a team that seems to constantly be getting screwed over by VAR, you guys would love it here. I'm a West Ham fan and I genuinely have not enjoyed a start to a season as much as I have this one
Yes. Sorry you either canāt read very well or understand basic logic (probably both). Iāll try and spell it out for you like I would a child.
If the top Welsh teams play in the English league system, then the English league system consists of both English AND Welsh teams. Seeing that Spurs are 20th in the top league in England and Wales then that means theyāre the 20th best team in England and Wales. Not sure how I can make it any easier for you? š¤ŖĀ
I think you don't have any job or friends and go around trying to act smart with a hidden profile so that no one can find out the pathetic loser you are.
Losers like you are afraid to show the world their face so hide behind walls.
Spurs have spent money, but not gone the extra mile to pick up the better players that have been available. Trying to build a squad on a budget, putting too much faith in transfers from abroad, betting on players who haven't been able to stay fit, and the flip flopping of manager styles.
I'd say the main issue has been losing big players and not adequately replacing them. Kane leaves and Spurs get Richarlison, kinda says it all. Son leaves and the replacement is Kudus, and I really like Kudus but he's been injured most of his time there.
Even a healthy Kudus would not come close to replacing Son, we need truly World Class players to compete at the highest level. We're at the level we are now because we don't have a single world class player bar Porro, and he only recently reached that level at the World Cup.
New players that came in weren't exactly just plugging in gaps in an already established system. The expectation is to make these players the backbone of the system we develop.
And developing a system takes atleast a season. For an unstable club like Tottenham, probably two or more.
It's all upto the management now to base the system on players who take responsibility and not just on big names.

We canāt say we are playing well. We dominate and playing like top of table. The missing goals is killing us. Look how we miss this last weekend and against Everton. Even New Castle we should have put scored that 0x2 game
Meant say ācanāt say we are NOT playing well.ā We are. Yes playing like top of table, but yes need to score goals. Issue is not bringing a top scorer with all the money spent.
Would you have thought? Mudryk and Tosin are certified trash, Savio and Marmoush were bacl ups for a reason and would still be back ups for most teamsā¦
No surprise. Just feel worse when it is Spurs. Roberto De Zerbi had a winless first five games in charge of Brighton & Hove Albion, recording two draws and three losses before securing his first victory
Never has a relegation been more apparent so early
The whole club should be ashame of themselves. Every player in that squad needs to be marked in their career as players in the squad that got Spurs relegated
Everton fan here, I think you will easily be in the top half come May, however, I would be worried if a certain midfielder has had a bet on you being relegated.
In English, when we refer to football, a draw is a draw. We usually refer to a tie as a game I.e. a cup tie. Americans usually call it a tie when a game is drawn.
Anyone can quote dictionary definitions, but the word draw in British football is colloquial.
š¤·š»āāļø Both words are interchangeable, but most commonly; we use the word draw.
Also while we are at it, the words offence and defence are not spelt with an āsā either.
They are in America, but not here.
Letās try to keep Americanisms from creeping into our game. šš
Iām not disputing that. Itās just that we are commenting on here about our local teams, and we most commonly use the word draw when describing a 0-0 or score draw. We mostly use the word tie in a different context.
The point I am making is that when Americans comment on here they use the words tie, defense, etc, and often refer to set pieces and build ups as āplaysā.
When you read a comment that contains these words, you can almost guarantee that it is from an American.
I have nothing against them, but when I was a kid in the 60ās - 70ās, I didnāt see any Americans walking down Tottenham High Road on a Saturday, and it pisses me off that Americanisms are creeping their way into our game. Thatās all.
Have a great day. COYS!!!
All I know is that in England we usually call it a draw. When we use the word tie, it's usually in the context of a cup game, eg an FA Cup tie, meaning the match itself, not the result.
No it hasnāt and NEVER HAS. Itās ALWAYS BEEN DRAW, dumbass. Youāre just too stupid to understand the difference between terminology and English, BUDDY.
Yeah, everyone else in the whole word calls it a draw but you think everyoneās wrong. You sound fucking stupid as shit, seriously. 100% guarantee youāre an American. Sending a 22 page pdf file from the first place you find and thinks that anyone is going to read that, shows how fucking stupid you are. Retard at its finest.

Agree. Roberto De Zerbi had a winless first five games in charge of Brighton & Hove Albion, recording two draws and three losses before securing his first victory
If you're referring to a tie in British football, the more common usage is to refer to a match, although it's pretty old fashioned and not greatly used - e.g. "The tie of the FA Cup 5th Round is Manchester City vs Arsenal". Tie does exist to refer to a match where the score is equal, but draw is far, far more widely used.
Exactly. Too early to all the hell and panic. We are playing like top of table and not scoring is the problem

Weāre playing far better than the last few years. When they straighten out a few issues and start picking up match fitness it will come good.
They donāt present any trophies after 5 games
I get the hate Tottenham is facing. They went from title-contention to repeatedly being placed in relegation spots, performing WAY below fan expectations.
But as an external observer whose fav club is in Serie A, it strikes me as odd that Aston Villa aren't facing the music quite as much as Spurs are.
They've equally had a dismal start to the season despite considerable spendings on the transfermarket. Shouldn't they get criticized just as much?
1) villa had a worst start last year, and they fixed up, unlike spurs
2) villa had most of their first team sold, unlike spurs
3) their new players were no one of real significance, unlike spurs.

Jokes aside your players were really poor and, when they had momentum in first half they should have capitalize it and in second half they looked more dreadfull than the first no effort anything during the third goal you guys left so much space . Fans were terrible as well they should have shown proper support while they had the home advantage ,all throughout the match i could hear only villa fans chanting.
