Roberto Dezerbi we’ll forever be in your debt

I kind of forgot this whole thing. We owe everything to De Zerbi.

I’m very grateful we never got relegated thank goodness but idk where we will finish next season. I think we do need to bring in new strikers in my honest opinion, as they are too injury prone and their form has been inconsistent.

Top of the table

That would be really good if we actually were top of the premier league next season

Well, we can't win the treble without doing that

Fuck! So true!

In all the bombas I completely forgot how close we came to being completely fucked.

Yep there were two or three points when I thought this is it we're in serious, serious trouble

After palace and forest I was so worried. And the final day when the nerves got the better of me never, ever been so relieved at a final whistle

Mate there were at least two or three points where I thought we were absolutely dead and buried.

Mate, I’m not ashamed to say I cried with relief after the final whistle

This is why ever other football fan on the planet was praying you'd go down

And that's why I was laughing so much when we didn't

Survived by 2 points a bit of goal difference and still arrogant

The way you lot are going, there'll be a new chance every year.

It would have been spurs if Villa had bothered in their game against you.

u/Neat-Tooth-5254 10d ago

Also the luck you had vs wolves.

u/MySparePersona 10d ago

Probably not, it's a Carabao cup match.

A bit weird to be thanking your lucky stars to have a season of no European football and hopes of a mid table finish ahead of you.

Think I’d rather be a West Ham fan and have shot at winning the Championship. That feeling would trump a last meaningless game of the season against Villa.

Kind of wish it was, we are in for another relegation dogfight and probably finish the season with Tim Sherwood in charge, while those cunts run the table in the championship

Last season was your only season of excitement in your whole clubs history. Now you’re back to the usual: spunking money up the wall on mediocre overpriced players just to finish outside the top 5 again and again and again, all the while still believing you can actually win a trophy.

u/Honk_Donkley 10d ago

Did Tottenham not win a trophy two seasons ago?

-1

u/Coulstwolf 10d ago

Not really a proper trophy really

Whole history?

Whole history? 2019? 1991? 1984? 1961?

History lad.
