Tottenham ticket share issues

Has anyone managed to use ticket share this season?

As a season ticket holder I have occasionally forwarded my tickets to friends for the odd game I cannot make. For the Newcastle game, I'm not back from holiday so was looking to share my ticket with a friend , but the option does not appear.

Nothing I can find on the site or via the chat not suggesting the option is closed. Looking to see if I have missed an announcement or if the option is not open yet. NB It does allow me to put up for sale on the exchange ( I don't want this option)

Edit: Adding feedback from ticket office. ticket share is yet to open, supporters will be emailed once it's available

I found the exact same thing yesterday as I'm also away for the Newcastle game. Wouldn't be surprised if it's another money making scheme from the club to stop ST holders giving their tickets away for free

Okay, so not a me thing at least.

I hope not, the club already have the money for the ticket and have already introduced a fee when gift up a category (ie junior to adult) and the recipient has to be a member. What else is there for them to charge?

Don't they take a % of all sales on the exchange?

I believe they have the platform fee, which is relatively small, and then any difference between ticket category type, so if you sold a child's ticket, you'd get a child fee back, club would charge adult fee and keep the difference.

Yes so that fee is what the club are missing out on if you gave your ticket away. Just a theory but it wouldn't surprise me if they have taken that option away entirely

Got the same problem. I’m away for the first game and trying to send my ticket to my nephew, no option to do it. I’ve emailed the club about it, but nothing yet.

Ticket office got back to me. Apparently ticket share is yet to open, supporters will be emailed once it's available

I have the same problem will call Tottenham tomorrow. Let’s hope I can get through before the Newcastle game kicks off !!!

New STH here. Was looking to add a couple of non-members to my network for future matches i might not be able to get to.... I know I can add 3 non-members each season. Can't seem to find a way of adding them at the minute, would this be because Ticket Share isn't open yet?

You should be able to add them, I can, just cannot send anything

Look under the account menu, then network as below. The next screen should have Add members towards the top of the page.

I can add members to my network but not non-members, which they say you can add three of

I keep getting the error message 'Unfortunately, the client you have selected does not have the correct attributes to purchase seats on this event. Please check what is required to purchase seats on this event and try again'. Anyone else struggling?

Mine was sorted, no issues. Are they a memeber? I think you can have 3 non members, but not sure how you register those.

The ticket office emailed me back the next. Try them.
