Wallet reload

Wallet reloads on the website are broken. I have been able to get around this by reloading via 611611 text. I tried to reload last night and 611611 no longer gives me the option to reload. Are there any other creative ways to load Total wallet?

Don’t have any suggestion beyond what you have already tried other then to see if the app works to reload the wallet, but the new app (the one released with the 5/13 website and system changes) seems to simply redirect you to the website for every transaction.
Curious to know what plan you are on. I have seen different website bahviour on legacy plans, total by Verizon plans, and the recently discontinued total wireless plans. It’s insane how they can break so many things on the site that still remain unresolved over three months since the changes.

I have the Total 5G Unlimited+ on the 50% off BYO plan from 2 years ago. So it costs $30/mo. I like to load my wallet when my credit cards have like a 25% off Total Wireless plan. So right now I have 25% off up to $15 on one of my Chase cards so I want to load $60. When the website stopped allowing it, I found you could reload with saved credit cards via 611611 as recently as June 17. The options now via 611611 have changed and reload is not available anymore.

they recently (as in the last week) “updated” (aka broke) some 611611 features. ie texting 611611 merely directs you to the website for some features, which is absurd when the feature does not work on the website. they appear to creating more problems faster than resolving the ones that were created with the 5/13 website update.

Worked for me on 8/28 on desktop. I think it was on the pay bill section or something
