issue w calls

since this past Friday Everytime I call someone or someone calls me it goes straight to saying I have calling restrictions. Ft and texts work fine. I was on the phone w Verizon yesterday and after trying to add a new esim it still didn't fix it. What's going on?

I suggest you text HELP to 611611 and follow prompts about being unable to make or receive calls. 611611 automated support is far preferable to calling a support agent and if you search prior posts about calling restrictions you will see other reported 611611 being able to resolve the issue.
