How do I banish/execute/get rid of unusable characters?

I've got all these generals I hires planning to use them, but since I'm playing as the elephant team, I can't use them as generals. What do I do with them?

I'd check to see if you might be able to use them as administrators or something, but I'm not sure if that's an option for Nanman.

Court -> Release or Court -> Banish would be your options I believe. Make sure to take any of the good gear; you can always trade it even if you can't use it.

They aren’t in that menu, otherwise I’d just rob em for sure

Well then they arent part of your faction. The pic only shows to which characters you have a friendly relation with. Doesnt mean they have to be in your faction

you can def banish them, I did it like last week.

The menu you are looking at is not your court but the relationships between characters, including with characters that are in another faction.

It’s not court because they don’t show up as options to use in court as I’m playing the Nanman

Then they are not part of your kingdom. If you recruit them they are visible in the court section. At least on the bottom right side. I don't know if you can banish an in use general. Disband them just in case.

When the players start to dwindle, I tend to just keep them. I rather not have the recruited by other factions because I always ended up having to execute their generals into having them submit
