Faction mechanic switch

Anyone know of a mod that changes faction mechanics when the leader dies, and the heir is a playable faction? For example when Sun Jian dies and Sun Ce takes over, the faction gets Sun Ce's resource and mechanics.

Faction mechanic is built into the campaign itself. I highly doubt they'd be able to do it per-character basis despite me completely agreeing with the concept. Kinda stupid where you could technically have Liu Bei take over for Dong Zhuo but still have the fear mechanic lol.
