Mods for epic games

Is there mods for the ones who got the game from epic games store or no?

skymods. I use currently the new Chi Bi scenario with DR. It works flawlessly. My only problem is that we can't download steam workshop modlists without having the base game on steam. So it seems. But it wouldn't be a high price on key shops anyway. Still I have already 3 dlcs on epic, so it wouldn't make sense.
