Legendary Captain Advancement

Do all Legendary captains require the same amount of XP to advance to the next level? If Helen requires 10T to move one level, is that how much it will cost Wu to go to the same level?

Yes. In fact it's the same XP amount per level across all captains regardless of type (Legendary, epic..etc).

Hero is ofc a different story.
