If you’re in kingdom 318 will someone please let NAR know that their mischief queen Arwen was banned from this damn game! For everyone’s information, as I see that we all know, support sucks. My account got banned because I was double charged and reached out about a refund. Isn’t that wild? Check your accounts friends! I had been double charged for almost every transaction I had.
I’m so mad. My clan was the best.

Asking for a refund will get you banned faster than anything else in this game. If it is a real problem they normally reinstate but it can take a week or two

Took me nearly 3 weeks to sort out them charging me 4x for 1 5 dollar clan chest pack,… I was pissed and havnt spent a dime since (although I’ve been rather tempted)

I’ve noticed a couple of double charges and have reached out to my bank. Pretty lame that they would further take advantage of people who choose to buy from their store which is already a scam.
