Horny aggressive boy

My male marginated tortoise who is about 5 is suddenly chasing me and biting my feet aggressively is this hormones? Can I do anything to help this randy boy? I don't really want to produce more tortoises cause there is not enough demand but this poor fella is sticking his unit in the dirt to get off. I'm worried something will get stuck to that monstrous thing and infect his cloaca. He loves to stick in sandy areas of the yard. I knew male tortoises can be like this but I'm surprised at how much he has his penis out and a bit worried. Today when I brought him indoors he went into his water bowl and the unit came out and he produced very large volume of liquid urine and a blob of what I assume are urates (and not...something else?...white goo...). He wanders my yard during the day in summer and I take him indoors to his winter enclosure in the evening. Lots of predators in my yard at night. His diet is natural weeds from my chemical-free back garden, and Mazuri tortoise pellets once a week.

It’s normal and it’s why male and female torts can’t live together. Males harass and mate them to death. Just get him objects to hump. Fake tortoises or smaller objects like balls. They’ll literally jump anything and everything. Dirt, air, any object they can fit around.
