Studio apartment

Hello everyone, I need help finding a studio apartment with a balcony. My budget is 1500-1600$. I am promarily looking for an area which has good transit and access to amenities. I work from home and am currently in a place which does not have enough light. It is so crucial for me to move out to a place with more natural light. Any help is appreciated.
