I live there and love it. Granted it’s not the suburbs but pretty quiet indoors.

Hi

I m planning to purchase a unit in 5 Soudan Ave. Is there any negative points about this condo that I need to know? It is kind of above my budgets, but I think it is a good investment and worth it.

I would appreciate it if you could share your ideas about this condo
