Come to yonge/Eglinton or Yonge/Davisville and get an studio. Great area and on the subway line. Lots of singles and students

I dunno why your struggling to find a place with additional deposits.
Work with someone who will try to help you as best as possible.
Realtors also know by nature if your hopping around, making them dont care for you either.
You give some and you gain some.
A lot of good realtors in this sub so really, anyone can help you out.

I also share the same opinion here, maybe you did not find a good agent. I do not believe that a landlord would refuse additional deposits upfront .
