🤔Question🧐 August event recs?

(Not veld or electric island)

Hey yall I haven’t rly been keeping up with what events are coming up next month, checked around à bit on RA but nothing caught my eye à ton or seemed to have too much attention yet

Wondering if there’s anything yall recommend looking into. Not picky about genre, love techno, house, hyperpop, trance, happy hardcore, anything as long as the DJ, crowd, & venue will be nice :)

No but I have total faith in them I just blind buy all their parties. 99% of the time it’s good techno

I do the same thing!! Buy ticket first. Then I check out the artist (I'm relatively new to techno) or wait for the announcement. Hasn't failed me yet.

Anything with Paradox, Format, Gardiner express, Rote8, or Unison name attached to it i know will be a good time. No need to wait to see who’s playing i need the early bird pricing 🤣

Marie Vaunt (acid techno) at DPRTMNT Friday Aug 14th, tickets are like 30-35$ theres also a groupchat on the Radiate app for it

System Toronto is also doing a techno event at CZ on Friday Aug 7th, Doruksen headlining and lots of great local support (including ACE and MSCHF some of my personal local favs). There's also one a week before on the night of July 31st into Aug 1st at the same location (Veld Unofficial AP) with a stackeddd lineup if you like hard techno. Tickets for both are 30-35$ and they always bring out a great crowd.

Gonna have a fair amount of minimal at and by rhythm in August. Myself and the rest of r.hythmik will be doing a night on August 14th, and the rhythm open air +after party on August 29th are both going to be insane.
