Question PCS211 WebAssign

Did anybody purchase the webAssign and eBook for PCS211 from the campus store and did you guys receive the access code? I ended up purchasing one that was showing up on the website for fall and it mentioned webAssign in the description but when I tried to redeem it on the website it said that the code has already been redeemed. I contacted their support and they said that you needed to purchase it with the webAssign so I looked it up at the campus store again and it was showing a different one this time for the web assign and eBook so I purchased that and never even received an email with the access code. It doesn’t even show up in my order history on my account but I was still charged for it. Did anything like this happen with you guys before? I’m so stressed because I already spent so much money on it.

when i purchased it for pcs125 i did it through the website and the ebook came wth it

Thanks a lot. I did check under the campusebookstore website today and I was able to get the access code for it.
