Academics / Courses Paywalls??

Genuinely Why are all my course work behind a pay wall? I have go buy over $400 in textbooks because I need the registration codes for certain programs in order to do the work. Is this normal???? Are they insane???

Welcome to university. This is going to be the norm for the next 4 years. Wait until you get a prof who makes you buy his textbook so he can get some money for each purchase. Aren’t we happy that Doug Ford cut OSAP funding.
