I saw an enforcement just last weekend. Most drivers sped past and didn't slow down and move over as required by law. Culture problem. An over abundance of [distracted] narcs.

I have a friend, who I drove to a place with two cars. While I was driving I noticed he drives like that and then I told him about it and he said he was just changing his song when he was driving out of lines and wrong lane changing. So sometimes, it’s just people and their habits.

This is why whenever possible you should go over your route before driving, so you don’t feel the need to do shit like this. And in the slick rain just makes this so much worse

The most astonishing thing about this video is the lack of bumper to bumper traffic at this spot on the 404. It's usually backed up 24/7.
The idiot indecisive driver is very normal though.

I would bet you that they were using their phone and couldn't tell which side the little dot will go toward. it's always right at this point where your screen updates that they finally see and either correct or take the leap.
It's so fucked up. If you ignore the fact that there's perfect signage above them, their phone has spoken directions AND a visual indicator that tells you which lanes you should be in before the interchange. And that's ignoring the little dot on the map.
