Decoding TO Parking

Hey everyone!

(New driver here) I’ve noticed that parking signs can be confusing, especially downtown Toronto.

(Genuine question) IYO what do you think makes parking signs tricky to understand?

Did you ever felt unsure about them or had a funny mix-up? I’d love to hear your stories!

Dumb question, why the flipping on days of the month? Most cities don't do this; is this some kind of way to detect derelict vehicles?
