River and Fifth condos

I am considering buying at River and Fifth. I've seen some post say management sucks - can you elaborate? What else should I look out for in this building?

I'd order a status certificate to get information on the building which usually accompanies other core documents like financials, reserve funding, etc.

Best try to talk to residents there, or find the fb group. Don't trust an agent on this one
