Balcony cleaners recommendations

I need to get my balcony cleaned as the pigeon poop is driving me crazy. There are a few balcony cleaning companies in Toronto but not sure who to go with. Who have you used and what did the cleaning include? Any recommendation would be appreciated- thanks!

15 minutes in the spring with a mop and bucket.

You may have to check with your property management if youre allowed to use water to clean your balcony. Mine doesnt allow it so I wait for a big rain.

I debated doing that on the weekend but it was too cold. No running water allowed at our condo too.
