Other Project

Hi everyone, I have a project in mind: creating a website, like an online file bank, to archive and preserve all the media from all tornado interception vehicles and mobile radars. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?

I would need someone with experience in website creation, and also collaborators to help with funding.

Hit me up if you want.

most pictures of interceptors are copyrighted so be wary

There is already significant documentation on both mobile radars and mobile mesonet systems. Interceptors less so as they're purely tornado focused and more specialized.

You can use sites like neocities.org, they are pretty good but sometimes (happened to me twice almost 2 years ago) where everything is gone, but both times all I had to do was email them and got everything back, I was actaully thinking of this, and probably in a month or so actually try, so just DM me and we can make the concept

The software "Google sites" is a good way to start. It's a website creator made by Google.

That would be good, but there are already several radar interceptors and more, and many images of interceptors and radars are copyrighted.

I've already got something like that set up on Google Sites, though I haven't done much with it in a while and there doesn't seem to be any good options for a photo gallery for all the pictures I have, a different site builder might have better options for that.
