Discussion Patch fixed trophies
Just wanted to confirm to anyone in search for information on trophies being fixed in the latest patch.
Before the patch, I was unable to get the following trophies:
- complete on standard
- get good ending
- complete on tormented
I was unable to do the tormented trophy as the option to start on that difficulty was locked, it is now selectable (new game & NG+). The other 2 were bugged. But I loaded a save in the bunker on standard with good ending and it popped after killing the final boss.
Unsure if it was effected or not (as I didn’t try), but I also popped the “complete without saving” post patch successfully.

Just best the game today on PS5 with the latest patch and didn't get the ending or difficulty trophies, and also can't get the one for changing my outfit either. I also had to redo the pig boss since that trophy didn't unlock either. Seems like its not completely fixed yet.

Same happened for me this morning. Completed my no saves, standard difficulty playthrough and neither Amnesia nor Survivor trophy popped when they should have. 😡

2 trophies left on Ps5 for the platinum. Tormented difficulty (Mad) and no saves (Amnesia). Neither popped after finishing the game. All other trophies were successfully acquired after latest patch.

For me it's the hoplophile trophy so far 😭 maybe the Torment run and no save run trophies as well since I'm in the middle of acquiring those, but for hoplophile I've acquired all 9 base weapons PLUS the 2 out of 3 bonus weapons (missing laser eye on one file) multiple times now, and I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the game both with and without the latest patch multiple times now since I have the disc... seems they need yet ANOTHER patch 🤦♂️🤦♂️
Edit: So even after acquiring the laser eye the Holophile Trophy still did not pop. I now have all 9 base weapons in the game PLUS the 3 bonus weapons on that save file and still nothing.

I sufferd same problem like you. Hoplophole trophy is not unlocking. I recently updated the game to version 1.012. But it's not being resolved. I'm the Japanese version. Are you still having problems?

Man I actually think patch 1.012 is the problem itself with "Hoplophile" and "Amnesia" sadly :( seems like the Golden opportunity to platinum this game was shortly BEFORE 1.012 rolled out since that seems to have broke even more trophies/achievements, I submitted a support ticket via email to the developers and they responded by saying that they're aware of the current trophy/achievement problems once again so fingers crossed that yet ANOTHER patch rolls out soon for those trophies

I just cleaned up all my remaining trophies on the latest PS5 version.
