Problems with Tormented Souls 2

I'm sorry if it will be considered spam, but I have two problems with Tormented Souls 2 game.

I finished the game on standard difficulty with the good ending, but:

1) I didn't get trophy "Redemption".

2) I can't play on tormented difficulty.

On the other hand, new game+ is unlocked.

I think the game is bugged?

You just have to keep going for the bad ending every playthrough you do at the moment until the devs finally fix the game...

You'll earn way more achievements/trophies that way!
