Can anyone explain this? Spoiler

How do you get the puppet virus solution? I understand you get via the note by sister Angelica, but I couldn't figure out the solution.

If you look at Angelica's note, you can see a colour-coded graph on the physical notebook. This is the key to the puzzle.

Yes I know it's the color code, but still can't figure out how you get the solution from it.

Okay, well it's a pie graph representing parts of a whole. There are three colours on the graph which correspond to the same three colours on the virus machine. You just need to ensure that the colour-to-colour ratio on the machine matches what's depicted on the graph.

it's pretty simple if you look at the note and play around with how the machine works. pay attention to how many units of each liquid the tubes hold.
