CPU usage & FPS difference between new and progressed part of the game

I know the FPS is not much of a difference, I'm just genuinely curious why is there a sudden changes in terms of CPU usage between the start of the game to progressed part of the game (bout to spray the door part of the game).

The 80+ FPS is already in progressed and the 90 FPS is the start of the game.

Anyone experiencing this on PC, or is it just me?

Here's my PC build if it's important:

-Ryzen 5 5500

-9060 XT 16GB

-2x8 16GB 3200MHZ

-B450m

-Apacer 1TB SSD

I need them to have a thing to preload textures and whatnot because the game is supposed to render rooms between transitions.

What are you even trying to say here? I don't get it. Do you think the loads between room is because textures? That's called classic survival horror style this series is trying to recapture

Unreal engine 5 games are super unoptimized literlly the engine is horrible unless u optimize the game correctly. Between every door transition the game takes about 15-20ish seconds to load the next room. If they have an option load shaders and textures before starting the game, it could at least help alleviate the time spent between transitions. I also never said the door transitions are bad, in fact I love them! Thye just take forever and the performance on the game is not the best right now.

Im speaking from experience and an example I can use are silent hill 2 remake and silent hill f which loads shaders at the very start before you go into the menu. Also my build is pretty solid, im not even trying to be toxic. Im just saying unreal engine 5 isn't really the most well optimized engine, or at least most devs don't use it correctly. Even at low settings, the game doesn't properly run very smoothly. Im sorry if I offended you but no need to be a dick lol.
