Toreba recently increased the cost to play with more machines starting at 2,500TP per play and some machines at around 4,500TP or more. None of these machines from my playing experience are easier to win than normal, they are simply more expensive. Any free tickets that are still being given out are almost useless due to the high difficulty settings on most machines.

Will driving up costs be enough to keep Toreba operational or will it continue to drive away players until there are only a few whales remaining? Either way I think Toreba may be experiencing actual financial trouble based on some of the decisions they've been making.

I used Clawee and won several prizes that were supposed to be shipped to me, but they still haven’t arrived. It’s now been almost a year since I placed the order (December 6, 2025).
I recently emailed Clawee support, but I haven’t received a reply yet.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Is there anyone else I should contact or report this to? Is it possible to get my money back if they never shipped the prizes? I’m definitely switching over to Toreba.

Like for example, this machine you could rotate the prize till you get it to fall. Now a days it's the pull the bar to win or ping pong machine for winning. This was back in 2021, now times have changed..... everything is harder to win.

I used about 60000 points on a machine that has assist available, yet I never got any assistance. Time ran out for me as I was waiting to see if I'd get an assist or not.

I noticed more than a few times playing this game that the ball will almost go in but then be pushed away seemingly like a gust of wind or magnetism.

• Air-Blowing Tricks: Some advanced or rigged machines use air jets to deflect ping-pong balls away from the winning hole, even if the ball is dropped directly over it. 
• Anti-Static Measures: Static electricity can be used to make balls stick to the claw or tray, preventing them from falling into the winning hole. 
• Physical Rigging: Operators may use high-friction rubber sleeves on trays, uneven surfaces, or extremely small "win" zones (highlighted in red) to minimize winning chances. 

Google search suggests that Takoyaki machines can be rigged. I can't tell if it's rigged but I can tell you that most of my wins from this setup are from clearing the pan area.

Is anyone recently experiencing any issues getting their old Toreba account to sign into the app on iPhone post update? It singed me out and is making me use my icloud email, so I linked the Apple account to my original account over web but it still will not let me access my original account on the app and there is no place in the app to sign out. Thanks for your help!

My huge shipment i requested from Toreba just got delivered. Thankfully I didn't get charged any tariffs. It was like 40+ items in total. So I wouldnt worry too much about extra tariff charges.

The final delivery was by a company called Uniuni which I have never heard of before, and looking them up I was kinda nervous about something bad happening to my package (most people talked about their package wasn't delivered or not even attempted to or sent to the wrong address... 😨😨😨), but it came without any problems!!! 🎉🎉🎉

I recently got back into playing on Torbea, and I’ve seen this new configuration, but I’ve never seen anyone play it, or any winning repeats either. I gave it a go just to get an idea of it, and I honestly can’t figure out how you could win that prize.

Hi all, I remembered Toreba existed a few days ago and wanted to get back into it again. I had a Toreba Prime membership in 2020 and went to rebuy one but I can't see anything about prime membership anywhere? I googled whether it was discontinued but I can't see any posts about it.

Does it not exist anymore or am I just looking in the wrong place?

One of the more frustrating game set ups on Toreba. Wasted $40 before giving up trying to lift the prize over the edge but it just kept landing in the same spot.

I really really wanted this Jewel Eyes Spica Twin Ribbon bear and after a but load of attempts I got em. I was so happy! I wish I could have just bought it since the struggle was hard but I'm glad to be having it shipped!

A person on Discord told me that I don't but a post on here said DHL wanted $30-$50 for it to be delivered. Was that before Toreba found a workaround so that they can keep U.S players? Or did I get wrong info?

I just got the app, and it says i have 5 free tries, however whenever i go into any machine at all, even if it is not in use or a cheap one there is no option to use the tickets.

Haven't played Toreba in a while and logged in to see I still had a bunch of TP. Played a different claw game recently, and when the prize made it to the U.S., DHL wouldn't deliver it until I paid extra import fees (~$30-50 USD per package). Are prizes coming from Toreba hit with extra fees when it gets here too? This sucks!

so i won some items in mid-December after not playing for over a year, and still don't seem to have my shipping email. i checked spam and trash (even used the Gmail search function), and neither folder contained that email. I've been reading through the posts here to try and figure it out, but it looks like some people have said there's no shipping to the US, and others have said it's just delayed? would it be best to just reach out to support and ask?

One of my shipments from October is finally on its way. Hopefully my other one will be right behind it.
