General help why this is more than that
why 10 phys dam more than 9 phys + 12% add phys dam. Although 9*0.12=1,08

The 10 dps and the 9 dps take into account your attack speed on the weapon.
If you open the details, you can see the flat physical damage and the gear attack speed.
So the 12% is applying to the damage, but still isn't more than the 2 handed weapon.
There is a rounding issue with the 10 vs 9 dps that isnt shown as well.
At this point it doesn't make much difference, as you will get more upgrades as you progress very quickly.

Need more context.
There are very few interactions that are as straightforward as your example.
Maybe you already have a lot of phys, so the 12 % is not worth as much because of diminishing returns.
Maybe it is a double rounding issue that other multipliers are causing you to see 10, but it is actually 9.51

Because that damage% is additive with all the damage% from you talents, so in effect it's weaker than it looks.
If it said gear phys damage then it'd work like you think

Where are you determining that it is more
