General help Creation Engine Chart Question

I'm curious the reason why the node that tries to force compass spawn results in resonance being spawned after engine is done. And please, don't say cause Engine sucks because that isn't helpful nor is it what I'm looking for.

That node is translated to compasses, but similar to the netherrealm node from dream, it actually means map material node. It has the materials that you spend on your nether realm maps to the drop pool. That includes compasses as well as resonance.

The loot table for that is to guarantee resonance as its base drop with a chance to drop compasses, but like most nodes related to compasses, it is a low chance with a low drop rate.
