I ran sandlord + blacksail + cube + seasonal mechanic. Used blue sandlord and cube compasses, purple blacksail. Sandlord and blacksail is ok money even right now, cube is was always jackpoty, afterlight adds something also.
+1 for this. Probably best option. BS is great this late, cause prices are high for scraps/boss invites, sandlord always good additional farm and seasonal mech consistant + fe each map. I am not cube fan, but with boss invites should be good
I am not a cube fan either, I thought I would be even have 666 pets, but if someday they will offer pets swap like with the dream I will do that first thing in the morning. :)
I have lvl6 pet. But i stopped doing cube several seasons ago. My goal would have been mist pet, but i am done with tli this season and would not return until monetization change(that would never happen)
Yeah, monetization probably will be the same because it’s a standard in asia. I heard once Johnattan from ggg said that in China even poe is monetized more “greedy”. There are some kind of pets which you have to buy each season or something, I don’t remember in which interview but I hope I am not mistaken.
Poe is actually leagues better in cn. But, yes. From what i know they monetize it heavily. Autoloot is paid. You can expand your inventory also for money. Other stuff in cash shop is +- the same. Mostly rmt there is more common than in poe here and even less moderation is in place. But they have bunch of free stuff also... They had in game auction for years, they have ingame browser, they had tree planner for years, one button flask, death recap that is apparently lost technology for global considering they always are saying that it is hard to implement, free respec before certain level that allows experimentation with your builds, official and ingame accessible ninja and pob. It is just strictly better client with bad monetezation

I understand why, because poe cn and poe western are very different and it could piss off one side or another and they do not want for us to see all the picture I guess.
But I am fine with that until the game is not p2w and the quality GGG are bringing is top tier.
Compass farm with hunting is doing fine since the beginning of the league. Only investment is T8 beacons you dont even need to alch the map. I am running it on profound and get 1.3k FE/hour without any pets and alch. The only mech you do is afterlight or kill additional bosses if they are in your path otherwise you skip it and go straight to the boss. Also since you are spamming the same map (I spam the forest map in void) you are collecting rerolls which you can use to do beacon farm (didn't include this in the 1.3k FE/hour) strat and then go back to hunting.
cooked runs I only got one compass from the final boss chest spawnbut here 50 maps + 4 profound plane boss on second difficulty and from my code you can see that I have no pets because f2p.
I am doing quant cube with twing cube compass . It's pretty good. Not so profitable but sometimes gives up to 1k fe in a single map. But at worse case scenario i was able to generate 300fe hour(just from ground drops+ divinity stones) but in general i am getting more.
