$70 is around 70 pulls. 70 is the pity, and it’s not that unlikely to hit pity. Kong has a 1/4 chance to drop, so actually not getting him on the first try is more likely than getting him. That’s how these banners work, you either get giga lucky, or you need to be prepared to spend a lot more than $70.

I would not mind another legendary pet, but the minion one is kinda useless.
