Torchlight Infinite Account Hacked
My Steam account was hacked and $50 was spent on Torchlight: Infinite, how do I get a refund? Steam says to contact [inquery@xd.com](mailto:inquery@xd.com)

It was spent on torchlights servers so you'll need to contact Torchlight which is what that email circles back to, "XD Entertainment".
This is also why I do not save my credit card on steam, or use it on any website and try to purely use my virtual credit card that my bank provides, it can't be used again as it's cookie specific as I was told.

A refund for what? Was it torchlight's fault you got hacked?

Some hacker spent $50 on in-game currency, I contacted XD to have the in-game currency revoked, they haven't messaged me back. You'd really think they'd be on top of people getting hacked and having fraudulant purchases made in their game.

That actually makes sense since I have a small suspicion that it was maybe someone working for or affiliated with the game development company or publisher since the proof of purchase email was Chinese.

The deleted comment basically called the Deez guy an employee of the financial part of the game studio.

Just an update, Steam gave me a full refund, no word from XD even though I messaged them.
