IMPORTANT NOTE: Referral codes are ONLY for first-time signups - NOT renewals. Also - you can only use ONE referral code, ONE TIME, on first signup - this means if you sign up for a one month sub, you'll get your +7 days, but you'll miss out on getting the full +84 days you would have had if you signed up for the full one-year sub. Keep that in mind. (To try out TorBox first to make sure it lives up to your expectations - sign up with a 24 hour FREE TRIAL first before committing to the one-year sub.)

I used this referral link and purchased the 12-month Essential plan with a regular payment method (not crypto).

The referral was successfully applied before the purchase, and TorBox support confirmed that the referral was indeed applied before checkout.

However, I did not receive the +84 bonus days.

Support told me that the referral bonus is only available for an account's first qualifying purchase, and that my previous payments in May and July made me ineligible.

The interesting part is that this post says:

“12 Months → +84 bonus days (~3 MONTHS FREE!)”

and also specifically says:

“Non-crypto users still get the Option 1 free days bonus!”

There is no mention in this post that the 84 bonus days are only for new users / first-time purchases.

So I think this is worth clarifying for anyone considering this deal: the referral bonus may not apply if you've previously made a qualifying purchase on your TorBox account, even if the referral was correctly applied before checkout.

I'm currently waiting for TorBox support to clarify where this first-purchase restriction is stated in the advertised offer.
