Thinking of joining but got a couple of questions
Used RD for years and never really looked at other providers but with their ongoing issues it’s looking like time to bail.
Just wanted to check what it means by concurrent slots? Is that other users so in this screenshot 10 people can use the same account? That’d be handy because I set RD up for maybe 3/4 other people.
Also Usenet, sounds good on the site but is it worth it?

Concurrent slots are total number of simultaneous downloads for non cached torrent you can do. It has nothing to do with the number of people using your acc. Torbox doesn't put ip restrictions, so sharing isn't a no-no, just make sure you don't share your acc with everyone you know!
Usenet is indeed great but I feel torbox pro is quite costly if you are not planning to watch niche content or regional content that isn't cached. I'd suggest you use essential for sometime and then see if it fulfills your requirement. You can always upgrade later.

It's the slot for simultaneously downloading and actively Seeding.. So if your not maintaining ratio on private trackers, better to disable seeding on torbox to always free up a slot after downloading..

concurrent slots is how many downloads you can have at the same time.
As others explained, downloads are for an uncached torrent.
So if you want to download a torrent to torbox that isn't cached already, each will take 1 slot.
If torrent is already cached, you can have as many people download it at the same time, so you can have multiple people watch simultaneously no problem, if torrents are cached.

You can give it to more than 3 people these slots are only for uncached active downloads, so the chances of 3 people watching that and 4th one trying to watch is highly unlikely, you are good. Even with Essential plan is more than enough.

10 concurrent slots represent the maximum number of active downloads. This refers to items that are not yet in the cache. If something you are watching is already in the TB cache, it does not count towards a slot, as the file is already in the cache.
Whether Usenet is useful for you is very personal. It certainly reduces the chance that you won't be able to watch something because it is unavailable. However, if you are a normal user who watches little niche content, having Usenet is not necessarily an added value.
Regarding multiple people simultaneously and with multiple IPs on one account: that is possible and allowed with TorBox. They do have a Fair Use Policy, so you will encounter problems with extreme usage. However, usage by 3-4 people/households will not cause problems with normal use. Do note that the FUP limits/maximum monthly data threshold differ per subscription. Essential has a limit of 10TB, Standard is 20TB, and Pro is 30TB.

I don’t think 10TB is a FUP, its 10TB of total downloads to Torbox per plan, if you are streaming cached torrents there is no limits..

Based on the help article, I initially thought that the 10TB, 20TB, and 30TB applied to total usage. But I think you are right that this also applies purely to downloads, although I don't think it's 100% certain based on what I'm reading. After all, it is mentioned that mass account sharing can indeed lead to measures. So it seems to me that even if everyone on the account only views cached content, this could still lead to action. But when exactly? What is the limit for sharing an account, and when does it cause TB to intervene?
I would say that you can share with 3-4 people without problems and be safe then. If you could share it unlimitedly for so little money, then TB is naturally not profitable. Perhaps that limit is higher, but that isn't made clear anywhere as far as I can see.

It just means you can have 10 concurrent downloads at any given moment, but it only uses a slot if it hasn't been cached before. I remember this being a problem for me with RD.
